Healthy Eating Tips include:-

  • Reducing sugar and starchy carbohydrates such as cereals, bread, pasta, biscuits, milk chocolate and fizzy drinks.
  • Eat lots of vegetables & salad with your meals.
  • Eat oily fish such as salmon once per week.
  • Eat nuts and seeds as a snack but in moderate amounts.
  • Eat fruit low in sugar such as berries and pears.
  • Eat plenty of protein as this will keep you feeling full.
  • Drink lots of water every day.
